These terms apply to all commission types: Vocal Synth Tuning, Mixing, and Art.
Commissioning me means you have read, understood, and agreed to this TOS in full.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at any time, for any reason, without obligation to explain.
I reserve the right to update this TOS at any time. Commissions in progress are subject to the version active at the time of agreement.
Any content created for a client reflects the client's vision and intent, not my own personal views or beliefs, unless I have explicitly stated otherwise.
I am not responsible for how finished work is used beyond the terms agreed upon at the time of commissioning.
All prices are in USD. Payment is accepted via Zelle, PayPal, or Cash App.
Payment is due upfront in full before work begins. Prices are non-negotiable. Do not haggle.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. After that, prices may change.
A few minor revisions are included free of charge. Major changes are considered a new request and may incur additional fees.
Revisions must be requested before final delivery is approved. Once you approve the final, no further changes will be made.
No refunds once work has started, unless I am the one cancelling.
If you cancel after work has begun, no refund will be issued.
If I need to cancel, you will receive a partial refund reflecting the work not yet completed.
If you are unresponsive for 30 days or more, I reserve the right to cancel with no refund.
Personal use is included in the base price.
Commercial use requires prior discussion and an additional fee.
You must credit me as creator. For tuning/mixing: credit as shoukiko. For art: credit as shoukiko-P.
I retain the right to post finished work in my portfolio unless we have agreed otherwise.
All Commissions
β Original characters, fan characters, vocaloid/UTAU works
β Personal and commercial projects (commercial requires extra fee)
β Slightly suggestive content is allowed
β Hate speech, slurs, or content targeting real people harmfully
β Suggestive or NSFW content involving canonically underage characters
β Content that violates a third party's copyright or terms of service
Tuning Specific
β Synthesizer V, Synthesizer V 2, UTAU
β Phoneme editing, pitch correction, expression tuning
β Voicebanks I do not own or have access to
Mixing Specific
β Vocal mixing, stem mixing (FL Studio)
β Vocal synth vocals only
β Real/human vocals
β Plugins I don't own you must provide or agree to an alternative
Art Specific
β Anime style, character design, key art, logos, reference sheets
β Sketches and flat/rendered pieces
β Masculine characters (outside my current style range)
β Backgrounds β Heavily realistic/semi-realistic styles β Traced or copied work
